Very happy with this agency..Abdul has been very accommodating and my hc aide Gloria has been absolutely wonderful...I've been through a number of horrible agencies in the past with unprofessional aides... but Better Life is a refreshing change...They go the extra yard to help and make my life easier.. thx so much!!
At First this whole experience was petrifying to say the least.. Trying to find the best Agency for my MIL was exhausting. Between Gov, State, County, and Private pay Agencies my head was spinning..But I fell upon Better Life Home Care and an Angel answered the phone.. Abdul was the kindest most empatheticperson anyone could ask for at this crazy time in your lives. He not only helped us with a proper schedule for our needs, he also kept in mind our economic situation. Abdul found just the perfect Aide to fit my MIL’s needs. She has become a dear friend to her.
